The double room with garden view offered a peaceful escape and was well-decorated. The staff were genuinely attentive and made us feel welcomed throughout our two-night stay.

We had a wonderful family stay in a comfortable Double Room Street View. The location was perfect for exploring, and the nearby North Ealing station made it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always quick to help and provide great local tips.

In my wife’s opinion, a wider breakfast selection would be great for families with children.

Had a decent stay here! Super close to North Ealing station, which made getting around easy. The staff were really nice and even moved me to an accessible room when they saw I was struggling. The garden area was pretty chill for hanging out. Just wished there was a bit more hot water in the shower.

Just spent 3 nights in a cozy double room. The bed was super comfy, and we loved having a coffee maker and fancy toiletries! Plus, it was only 4 min walk to the tube, making city trips easy.

We loved how comfy our garden view room was, and the coffee machine made mornings much better! The small garden area was a perfect spot to unwind, and we enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge room. The only downside was some noise from other guests late at night, but it didn't ruin our stay overall. I’d suggest bringing earplugs for light sleepers. 😊

we had a great stay at this hotel for 4 nights. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the tube. the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. they even changed our room to a bigger one, which made our stay much more comfortable! having air conditioning was a nice bonus.
